David Craig is a clinical pharmacist specialist and director of the Pain and Palliative Care Specialty Residency at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute in Tampa, Fla.
Dr. Craig currently serves in various capacities within the American Pain Society, American College of Clinical Pharmacy and American Society of Health-System Pharmacists. In addition, he is a peer reviewer for The Cochrane Collaboration – Pain, Palliative and Supportive Care Review Group (PaPas) and Cancer Control Journal of the Moffitt Cancer Center, and he serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Pain and Palliative Care Pharmacotherapy.
